The standard procedure to update email;
To request changing your email address, please use the email that you have registered in app and send an email to support@befitter.io with the following information:
- Old email address:
- Wallet that has been connected:
- User name:
- New email address:
For the safety of users, we need to ask for these information to double check and make sure that you own the account. After successfully changing the email address, you can log in with the new email address and the old password.
